About the position
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will oversee the recruitment process of all internal positions in the French Market, optimizing the strategy and processes and ensuring successful hires.
- Manage the whole recruitment process of the Jobandtalent Positions in France.
- Improve the recruitment process by making innovations.
- Be in contact with the Hiring Leads and the teams to analyze the hiring needs that they have.
- Management and development of Human Resources projects.
- Implement and manage changes when necessary to meet the results of the project.
- Minimize any risk that may arise within the selection process.
- Report to the Country Management of Jobandtalent France the achievement of the objectives, KPI's and the progress of the recruitment processes.
Requirements and skills
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment of different profiles.
- A high fluency in English is essential for this position. Spanish will be desirable.
- Graduated in Business Administration, Psychology, Labor Relations or Law.
- High level of Excel is required. Previous experience handling analytical reports.
- Excellent skills in verbal and written communication.
- Collaborative ability to succeed in a Start-up environment.
- High capacity of conflict resolution and emergencies
- Creativity and strategic thinking. Be able to deal with daily analysis and strategic reporting.
