What will you do?
You will sell B2B job contracts for remote IT positions, will manage sales team and our subsidiary in your country of residence in EU.
What are we looking for?
We are looking for 1-2 motivated Sales Managers (and potential co-founders) who can drive our sales and business in their own country of residence in Europe.
Please note that we are basically looking for co-founder type people who can work at least 20 hours per week based on commission (no other payment) in the beginning (approximately 3-6 months). We should say you can start earning a good amount of money immediately through the commission, so basically you don't need to think about your base salary! If you can prove your performance during that time, you can be a co-founder as well. You can think that you are investing your base salary to become a co-founder of a ready and internationally growing business. If you are interested in this kind of opportunity, let’s apply!
What we need from you:
· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business or IT.
· Experience in B2B sales.
· Basic theoretical or practical knowledge of IT.
· Good presentation and communications skills in English and French.
· Strong desire to build permanent/long-term win-win business relationships with customers and us.
· Motivated in learning, sharing, and growing up together.
· Motivated to work as a commission (no other payment) based independent contractor in the beginning (approximately 3-6 months).
We consider each of following qualification as a plus:
· Previous experience in B2B sales/recruitment/HR in IT.
· Entrepreneurial spirit and mindset.
· Entrepreneurial experience in IT is a strong plus.
