Your mission will be to provide technical and sales expertise to Enreach Partners. In a word, you will ensure that the best alignment is created between Partners, Partner Managers and Products
You will work with the best European unified communication specialists and will be greatly contributing to the Sales success of the Enreach Contact SaaS offer.
Work on :
Providing solid technical and sales expertise to Enreach Partners
Boosting Enreach products & services into our Partner base
Giving demos and PoCs to prospects, Partners, and/or end users
Assisting with answering technical questions for Partner pre-sales and sales teams
Being available and visible for Partner managers and their Partners as much as possible to demand and maintain attention for Enreach products and services
Assisting our Partners to visit significant customers & prospects to support them on location
Taking care of having a training environment & training of our Partners
Adding training courses to the Enreach academy
Organizing and be responsible for commercial seminars & webinars about products and services for our Partners
Presenting / clarifying features, possibilities and future developments of the products from a commercial point of view
Following up the feature request process with Partners and internal Product teams
WHO ARE YOU?
Excellent presentation and demonstration skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Self-starter and action-oriented individual with a very strong initiative to be successful
Must be able to coordinate across various groups and functional teams
Telecommunications background (Unified Communications preferred)
Pre-Sales experience desired
BS or equivalent education and relevant experience
Proficient in both French and English languages
