In order to support the company through its significant growth, we are looking for our first experienced and talented Product Data Analyst to join the Product team. You will help the team drive the decisions and measure the impact of new products and features to maximize the customer experience and keep the business relevant and competitive.

In this role, your mission is to:

  • Define and build a global Product Dashboard to measure each Squads performance
  • To Advise product stakeholders by identifying problematics, defining key success metrics & measuring initiatives’ impact
  • Generate insights on our product to steer strategy, product development and help with prioritization
  • Develop strong and qualitative data models and products to empower decentralized data-driven decision-making
  • Track, monitor, and create KPIs and reports to measure satisfaction on our products and features
  • Contribute to develop a strong data culture and work hand-in-hand with operational teams to deliver the most actionable insights

  • You don’t need to be a senior software engineer, but a technical background would be a plus

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analytics
  • Good level in SQL and knowledge in at least one other programming language (Python/R etc.)
  • Background on a quantitative analytical role field such as Computer Science, Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics… or the equivalent work experience
  • Experience with Dataviz tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Amplitude, Kibana, ...)
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Product acumen (understanding of product challenges, organization etc)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English - it is our business language


  • Contract type - CDI (Full Time - Permanent Employment Contract)
