Job Title: Clinical Trial Manager

Location: France-Lyon or home-based dependent on experience.

Status: Full time, Permanent.

Associate CTM Salary: €50-55k entry-level. Higher salary for those with more experience

Senior CTM Salary: negotiable.

Overview:

My client is a full-service clinical contract research organisation (CRO). They provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Their mission is to accelerate the global development of safe and effective medical therapeutics through its scientific and disciplined approach. They leverage local regulatory and therapeutic expertise across all major areas including oncology, cardiology, metabolic disease, endocrinology, central nervous system, anti-viral and anti-infective.

 

Responsibilities:

They are currently looking for Associate Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) and Senior Clinical Trial Managers to lead clinical research studies. The CTM position performs as project lead for multiservice full-service global clinical trials. 

 

The position interacts with sponsors, manages the timeline and all project deliverables, and coordinates all services contracted for the study. CTMs are also responsible for leading a team of CRAs and managing project coordinators.

 

The full-service approach is led by medical, regulatory and operational experts with deep therapeutic experience. The disciplined processes, site relationships, and technologies enable CTMs to execute even the most complex global studies. Therapeutic focus areas including oncology, cardiovascular, endocrine/metabolic, infectious disease, CNS. Trials include those in rare disease and Advanced Therapies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field; Advanced degree in a health-related field preferred
  • If entry-level would need to have a PhD in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills
  • Excellent planning, organization, prioritisation skills
  • Must be fluent in French & English, written and spoken.

Upon successful selection for an interview, the process will occur in the following three stages:

 

First stage: This will be an initial screening call with a Talent Manager/ HR. Go through background, experience, and company details.

 

Final stage: A one-hour video call with the senior hiring managers where you will be asked to do a presentation of 10-15 minutes.

 

The Clinical Trial Manager role is a full-time permanent position, paying up a competitive salary & benefits package. You will be based in Lyon, flexible home/ office-based will be introduced post-covid.


As a Senior CTM, you will be home-based anywhere in France
