Activeeon is recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist!

Job responsibilities:

  • Set digital marketing strategies using all digital tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)
  • Develop and maintain digital web content with “Hugo” Server
  • Analyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presence
  • Monitor SEO/SEM, marketing, and sales performance metrics to forecast trends
  • Identify digital advertising needs
  • Establish best practices in digital marketing
  • Stay up to date with digital technologies developments

Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Build strong client’s relationships through social media interaction
  • Keep up to date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
  • In collaboration with the sales department managing outbound campaigns using HubSpot, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to work in a team spirit, in Agile mode
  • Management and qualification of inbound leads


To be successful at this role, the candidate needs to have the following skills:

  • Experience or training as a Digital Marketing specialist
  • Knowledge of SEO/SEM and CRM software (Hubspot)
  • Experience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Knowledge of web analytics tools like Google Analytics
  • Hands on experience with online marketing tools and practices
  • Familiarity with web design and HTML/CSS
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (compulsory) and French (desirable)
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • BSc or Master degree in Marketing, business or computer science or relevant field
  • Internship or Apprentice welcome

Desired Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 8years’ experience in a manager sales role, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Software and IT, and/or Cloud Computing, Cloud Hosting& Services.
  • Capabilityto understand and master complex, technical IT and Cloud Tenders
  • A previous experience in a software startup would be appreciated, as well as Open Source knowledge
  • Established contacts and relationships with potentialcustomers and channel partners
  • Be a market-sensing leader that obtains competitive knowledge andcritical information
  • Outstanding consultative selling abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
  • The ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Demonstrated business skills in forecasting, budgeting, training, presentations, and selling products
  • Demonstrated communication and listening skills
  • Strong presentationand communication skills are required
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Practice of CRM, and all office software
  • Mastery of at least both English and French languages
