Key Account Manager

As part of our very strong growth (we have just raised 33M€ in Series B!), we are looking for a Key Account Manager . You'll refer directly to our VP Sales.
Your main missions will be :
- Ensure key customers growth, adoption, satisfaction and retention.
- Increase the revenue of our current customers through cross selling (new products) and upselling.
- Map all the accounts within your customers and Develop new business opportunities within the subsidiaries in France and globally
- Be responsible for a portfolio of key clients, and develop a long term strategy.
- Handle contract renewals.
- Enhance the relationship with our customer’s key decision makers and identify new C-levels champions (CFOs, HRDs, CTO).
We are looking for a talented individual with :
- Experience of minimum 5 years as KAM, CS or Account Management ideally in an Enterprise Saas environment.
- Technical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Customer centric selling (Meddic Methodology)
- Ability to build and deliver data driven recommendations
- Comfortable handling of complex projects with C-level decision makers
- Fluent in English and French. Additional language would be a plus
