Support Graduates within Esko, a world-leading Danaher company, play a key role in keeping our client’s critical print & packaging systems up and running.
Working remotely from home anywhere in Europe, our Support Graduates receive comprehensive training in Esko solutions, enabling you to solve customer problems, provide quotes, respond to product inquiries, and conduct some in-house training.
With a deep focus on learning and continuous improvement, an Esko Support Graduate can expect unparalleled mentoring, guidance and knowledge sharing from our preeminent print, packaging, and graphics industry experts.
At an early stage we can also begin to help you develop a specialism. Perhaps you’d like to become a Field Service Engineer, a Solution Architect, or a Technical Sales Manager?!

The Ideal Candidate
- Recent print, packaging, or graphic design studies. Customer-focused with strong communication and listening skills
- Proficient English as well as fluent French
- Proactive, quick learner, analytical mindset, and a methodical problem solver
- Flexible to occasionally travel to client sites and help colleagues with deployments
