We are currently looking for a Business Associate who will be able to support the strong business acceleration of Atscale on 2 fundamentals Revenue pillars for the company: New Business and Talent Acquisition.

Missions consist in helping us review business opportunities with a strong “hands-on” approach, being involved in new business opportunities detection (Sales) and highly experienced VP sales sourcing (Talent Acquisition). It's a highly strategic position for the future growth of Atscale, and that's the reason why we are only looking for superstars!

What you will do: 

  • Working hand to hand with the CEO and the Managing Director of Atscale on both New Business and Talent Acquisition topics
  • Identify and contact new prospects, qualify leads and create new business opportunities in the assigned market
  • Identify and contact potential new talents to join AT.scale in order to deliver high-standard missions for our clients
  • Partner with top scale-ups and SME's in Europe
  • Evangelize the AT.scale vision through in-market events and account specific initiatives
  • Face and solve strategic and practical business challenges for top tier scale-ups and VCs

Profile of candidates we're looking for:

  • Fluent in both French and English
  • Graduated from a top-tier business school in France
  • Effective communication skills with ability to build influential relationships and deliver results in a cross-functional environment
  • Strong prospecting skills
  • Zero fear of cold outreach
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and persuasive skills across all levels
  • High motivation, resilience and ambition to build a career at AT.scale
  • Personal leadership skills in terms of leading and driving self
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Robust general knowledge & culture
  • Ability to accept and process change quickly and with a positive attitude
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to communicate casually with CEOs and CROs of SMEs (49 to 500 FTEs)
  • Results driven and naturally motivated to reach aggressive goals
  • Unquestionable integrity, credibility and character, able to demonstrate high moral and ethical behavior
