Global Account Director

What you'll be doing
- Take Global ownership for a defined account or set of accounts spanning all regions and territories
- Structure and execute a Global Account plan including financial projects and resource attribution.
- Develop and nurture relationships with senior stakeholders to engage, renew and expand financial partnership.
- Proactively engage with additional geographies, business units and divisions to identity and secure additional business.
- Leverage Regional resources to support engagement, renewal and expansion activities.
- Work with Cross-Functional teams to increase client satisfaction to 80%
- Secure client portfolio and eliminate competitor threat
- Highly organised and experienced with complex, matrix client hierarchies and operating models.
- Fluent in English – additional languages (French, Spanish) are a plus
- Exceptional comfort while speaking with technical and executive stakeholders in person and on the phone/Video conference
- Exceptional communication, listening and presentation skills
- Persistent, optimistic & charismatic!
- 8+ years of Sales experience 5+ years of Event Industry experience
- Understanding of Software-as-a-Service or experience of implementing event technology
- Strong history of achieving retention and growth targets
