Cycloid is a simple and non-intrusive DevOps framework, available in SaaS and on-premise modes, that optimizes people's use of technology and the cloud. We help teams work smarter together, regardless of skill set, all the while ensuring governance and maintaining flexibility. We already contribute to numerous IT services across Europe with their DevOps rollout and optimization.

One goal: to make our DevOps framework the leading DevOps tool in the world.
Cycloid is looking for a European Inside Sales to join our French and UK Sales team. The role is suited to a proactive and dynamic person who enjoys working in a highly collaborative and ambitious environment.
You’ll join an experienced sales team to help us achieve our commercial objectives across France and the UK.
As an Inside Sales, you will:
- Contribute to developing Cycloid’s pipeline through our CRM (Salesforce)
- Take care of the inbound leads through various channels: website, campaign, ebook etc
- Take care of the outbound leads; we are looking for a true hunter to open some doors through various channels: LinkedIn, events, newspaper, articles
- Account mapping
- In charge of the integrate of the data inside Salesforce
- Work in close collaboration with the prospect to qualify their needs and requirements
- Work in close collaboration with the business development team to bring qualify needs
- Work in close collaboration with the marketing team to give them some feedbacks
- Be the product ambassador to our prospect
- Communicate the value of Cycloid and help the clients understand how the framework is beneficial
- Take part in the recruitment of your teammate
- Participate in building the company culture
- Promote the image and reputation of the company
We are looking for talents who are driven by the needs of customers, who think that an Inside Sales is much more than a salesman but the bridgehead, who knows how to feel the new trends.

You wish to:

You believe in contributing to the development of the company commercially but also internally by taking part in building the company culture. You enjoy the difficulty that comes with sales and are able to deal with them accordingly. As such you prove:
- A first minimum 2 years conclusive experience in Software vendor as an inside sales in the Tech sector with result
- Interested in tech sector
- Native English and French speaker
- Be a true hunter with a strong will to thrive and develop in a fast paced environment
- A Salesforce, HubSpot and LinkedIn experience
- Methodic and precise: everything has to be integrated inside salesforce
- Dynamics and not scared to hear a No: this is where the sale start
- An interest in working within an international environment (French and English required for this role) and the ability to take on more responsibility as the company grows.
The variable plan is not limited and based on a % of turnover with an acceleration plan making the global package very competitive.
Based on the result, this role can lead to Business Development Manager or leading the inside sales team.
